Presently all the thoracoscopy work is done with either conventional thoracoscope or more popularly VATS i.e. video assisted thoracoscopy. For common practicing chest specialist it will be extra burden. One needs bronchoscope for bronchoscopy; and may be, any one mentioned now, for thoracoscopy. Even many institutions will find this expenditure excess. Therefore we conceived, devised, improved, patented and tried in hundreds of patients the concept of 'Indigenous pleuroscopy conduits.
